This notice explains how the contact, newsletter and email-confirmation forms on this website use your information.
Contact messages
We collect the name, email address, phone number and message you submit so we can respond to your enquiry. Your message is forwarded only after you confirm your email address. Sending a contact message does not subscribe you to marketing.
Invisible verification
All public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile in Invisible mode to help prevent automated abuse. Turnstile processes browser and network signals to verify a request. Our server checks the verification result before processing a form.

Storage and service providers
Cloudflare hosts the forms service and temporary database. Zoho ZeptoMail delivers confirmation emails and verified enquiries. We disable open and click tracking on these transactional emails.
Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Unconfirmed submissions are deleted during the next scheduled cleanup. Successfully forwarded contact details are removed from the temporary database after the email service accepts the message. Minimal operation records, and confirmed requests still awaiting delivery or review, are removed after seven days.
A forwarded enquiry may remain in our email inbox for correspondence. Confirmed newsletter subscriptions remain in Zoho Campaigns until removed according to your subscription preferences. Temporary hashed network and email identifiers are used to limit repeated requests; application logs do not include message contents or confirmation tokens.
